Where might I look to solve this? After searching the knowledgebase I found a solution that I swear wasn't there when I searched before : There was a problem with a few dll files registering correctly on any system that had Microsoft Outlook installed as the primary email client previously. Uninstalling the GW client, uninstalling Outlook, rebooting the machine, and reinstalling the GW client fixed the problem and now the system address book is available in the windows client.

I'm a volunteer, not a Novell employee! You can see them if you open a New Mail window, under the Address Selector, but wont autocomplete and cant find any addresses under the normal Address Book. I had a report based on the content of the Comment section on GW7 client, which auto time stamped the Comment when it was entered.
We have switched to the GW 8 client and now I have no good way to reliably search for the string to get the correct date information out of the Comment section, unless the user types in the date manually, in exactly the same format each time, which is impossible.

Of the three workstations two are running Outlook and one is running Outlook XP. GroupWise 8 Client Address Book entry display issue We had one user who had a rather large custom personal address book in the GroupWise 8. Each time she opened the GroupWise addressbook and chose this address book and began to scroll down through the entries it would cause a Microsoft Error Report window to pop up when she got to the 'R' entries.
The GroupWise address book would crash and close. It consistent scrolling down from the As to the R's and crash, or scrolling down from the Zs and crash. We determined it was a corrupt address book entry. We were able to open a New Mail and scroll through the addr Problem with Groupwise 6. I have loaded 5 PCs. All the Clients can access the Server and send mail between eachother.
GroupWise 6. This only happens when the user scrolls down through the address book in the "mail to:" window. I have tried duplication this problem with the GroupWise 6. The clients are installed on a Windows XP machine. If you have any ideas or solutions please let me know.
