Blackberry storm 9530 smartphone free games

A bit on the bulky side, and randomly freezes, there is no ease of switching to a different screen while still making calls, the screen goes black, not a great battery life.

There are pros to it like apps and what-not, but since having the iphone the day it came out I am still more attatched to it. Though, my blackberry is touch screen the screen clicks and gets stuck, it is just not as easily navigatable as the Iphone.

I am an extremely big texter, try giving that up for Lent, and on the blackberry it took me a bit to figure out how to send text messages from it, there was not a simple "send" button with or above the keyboard, I had to go into a menu and press send, I later learned that you can hit enter twice, though that does not always work, and may get stuck.

I plus on the texts was that while you were writing one and recieved another you could also read that one at the bottom of the screen. I have met many other individuals who enjoy the newer versions of the Blackberry, such as the Tourch. Even though it's not for me, it is better than many othr phones. I'm just coming up on the end of my 2 year contract with this phone and am dying to get rid of it! Have had problems getting updates and features to run, and just overall, it is bulky and hard to carry around if you don't have it holstered.

I have had good luck with my Blackberry Storm in comparison to some other people that I know, but I think that it is a just okay product It doesn't have any qualities that I am overly impressed with. It has a good battery life. I can charge it and it will last for two days which is way better than any other phone that I have had. I also think that the camera takes very good quality pictures.

The problem is that it freezes a lot. I will try to answer the call and the hour glass that indicates that it is waiting for something just turns and the call drops on the caller. I have already returned one Storm for the same issue.

Another issue is the lack of apps compared to the iPhone. I will be switching to the iPhone as soon as my contract is up. Boy was I wrong, the internet was so slow and I was never able to do any work on it except maybe a little bit of email. The video quality is horrible and blurry and it was impossible to watch videos on that phone without getting a headache. I this the technology is so outdated and it is so much inferior to the other Smartphones that are out there.

I honestly believe this is more like a regular phone that can receive text, emails and handle talk-time. I don't even think it qualifies to be a Smartphone. I was under the phone contract with the Storm for 2 years and I feel I missed out on other much superior phones that came out around the time the Storm came out. I was paying the monthly bill of a Smartphone but I had a phone without the Smartphone features for two years with the Blackberry Storm.

I have owned this phone for quite a while now. At first, I absolutely loved it. Many times applications pile up in the background using processor resources. This is a PDA with a phone built in, more or less. I find myself pressing the BB logo button to bring up "switch application" to view which apps are running. Once I close a few apps the hiccups seem to go away. I try to always be mindful of that, and close any unused apps showing when I press switch application.

I tested both for over a hour in the store and I found that the learning curve for both was about the same. I'm used to a stylus, so new to both Blackberry input types. Many people may relate better to the keys because of using a qwerty for years.

I notice in the corners of the SurePress Screen that a little bit more pressure may be needed when selecting items near the perimeter of the screen. It had new seal sticker placed on the same spot, and new software version sticker over the old version. The software seems to work well, occasionally twitchy, I did have to pull the battery since activation.

Likely too many apps running in the background and didn't realize it. This is a common reality with any PDA and Smartphone, they all have limits. Longer battery life usually adds weight, so there'll always be a trade off.

I enjoy the all touch concept it really is fast and enjoyable to use. There was a learning curve to this phone if you get it give it time, then it is hard to put down. If you want a blackberry and you are on Verizon i would recommend this phone, go and get it give it a try. Add your review. A model previously rumored to have fallen victim to supply-chain issues, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE Fan Edition is finally coming to market this month.

Samsung will use the new model as the more-affordable alternative to the forthcoming S22 series, rather than keep last year's flagship S21 models on the market at lower prices as the company has done in the past.

CAT has a new rugged phone for T-Mobile. It's a rugged flip phone, but that's not the most interesting thing about it. Qualcomm has a new AI-based noise suppression technology that does an amazing job of singling out your voice and removing all other sounds in the background.

How well does it work? Apple today announced the iPhone 13 series. All models feature improved battery life, display, cameras, and processor. There have been a number of "smartwatches" for kids in recent years. They all have GPS and let you keep tabs on your kid's location, and offer some limited forms of communication.

While the price is certainly right, are they truly a good value, or just cheap? Action Game. Adventure Game. Card Game. Chess Game. Pet Game. Puzzle Game. Racing Game. Sport Game. The store has been a phone that you have to take the time and learn. You can not just pick it up and expect to know how it works. It is slow when you start to add all the apps that are available for the phone. Sadly it did not come with enough memory for it to function well and have lots of app.

Storing things on the phone also makes the phone glitch and slow down. Just save everything on the memory card and get the apps that you need leave the usless ones alone. I love the phone even with its problems. You just adapt to its problmes just like everything else. Take out the battery once a day.

That should make it great. I-phone killer maybe not but then again Blackberry is in a whole different catagory. August 17, I really wanted to love this phone because i have the iPhone and like a touch screen. There are some nice features, but overall, the interface is slow, and prone to freeze up. At times there seemed to be a long lag between pressing a key and it appearing yes, even after the software upgrade.

The touch screen is meant to improve ease of use with its slight movement, but it actually makes typing more difficult and much slower than the iPhone.

I was constantly frustrated and finally threw the Storm away to get a Tour. Much much better!! July 29, Pros1 I like the touch screen better then the iPhone. I love the smart touch or whatever they call it, but you highlight with a swipe of the finger, but still have to press down to actually click something. No more accidental pressings! No issues at all so far. Plenty of aps to download and try - more coming all the time, several cheap or FREE. Cons1 Kinda big, and bulky to hold for a phone and I some how always accidentally press mute when holding it as a phone - use the blue tooth headset!

July 15, My only complaint with it is that RIM gave it too weak of a processor, they should have given the Storm a chip that was atleast equal to what is in the bold and probably one even stronger since they were dealing with a touch screen and accelerometer data.

Essential for doing OS upgrades and finding good free games. July 13, When the storm first appeared I was using the new Blackberry Bold, which was also, having a lot of Software problems at the time, but the hardware was really good and complete.

I got very excited about the phone, cause I learned, like many of you, to love my Blackberry. At the time I had a 2g Iphone for fun and my Bold for Bussiness and everything was great. So when I saw the strom i said to my self, this is it, the best of both worlds, so i began requesting a homologation sample of the Phone at that time I worked in a Mobile operator. I still regret it The uggly.. This is my first review so sorry if its too messy. July 10, This phone has a lot of great features with the added touch screen, a nice 3.

RIM has done a great job keeping all the business features that have built the Blackberry brand in this phone, and it integrates seamlessly into any existing BES system.

The click screen, while a good idea, really does not work as well as advertised as there seems to be a portion of the screen the corner directly above the red aka power button that it is very hard to actually get it to click.

July 9, Nobody turns down a free gdgt! I Was really impressed with the way RIM have made the address book the center-focus of the phone, with native gTalk and AIM clients that tie into the contact book, along with Facebook profile picture integration and the likes. The dictionary can sometimes come up with some odd words, and non-dictionary woods, but I find my typing speed the fastest of any touchscreen device, thanks to the sure-press stuff.

I find myself struggling to use an iPhone having used the sure press for a month. Some great 3rd party apps are killing and winning this device for me, such as the Google contact sync, and ubertwitter. I do notice memory leaks, so a nice task manager would be nice. The included 8Gb memory card was a nice extra, and it functions well as a media player.

The dedicated play pause button is great, and artwork is nice and big. If the Storm had a trackball, it might help with thisBB OS - not as customizable as Window Mobile, but this is really only a concern if are uber geeky about itAccelerometer is sticky sometimes - freezes when I switch between horizontal to vertical fairy oftenBB Apps - Why are they so expensive?

No Wifi - WTH? Is this a BB thing? That being said, I still live and die by my Blackberry, though once my contract is up I will be getting a different model. July 7, It made sense to stay to take advantage of the in network calling.

When this first came out I thought it looked like a great option. However, the reviews scared me off. A little while ago I tried out one with the new software. It was much better. I figured I would give it a shot. I have been very surprised. Design - I like the look over all. Slim lines, not to thick, which is a big deal to me. I like the keys at the bottom of the phone but am interested in the one with them integrated into the screen.

I like the solid feel of the phone. Software - When I tried out the old version everything about it was slow and buggy. Rotating the phone could lock it up. The lag time for the screen to catch up was inexcusable. However, the new software fixed those issues.

The media software is pretty good as well. Easy to use and it was easy to create a playlist to sync music from my iTunes onto the phone.

You have to be careful how many apps you are running at one time. You can keep the battery life going and keep your performance up as well. Common sense but I think a lot of people leave everything open, facebook, pandora, etc and then wonder why it is so slow! I wish it had wifi.
